Creator terms

Who this is for

• These terms are between you and jaAPP, the maker of Delivery Status for Tesla. They apply once your application to the creators program is approved.
• You need to be 18 or older. There is no follower minimum, and you can post from anywhere the app works.

What you get

• Free Pro for as long as you're in the program. It is not a trial.
• Your own link, get.deliverystatus.app/yourname, while you're in the program.
• Early looks at new features and a direct line to Jaap.
• We may share your videos, but only when you say yes.
• After your first month we check in with you. Later, top creators can get rewards for results through their link, and proven top creators a paid deal. Those are not promised to anyone, and their terms are agreed directly with you in writing.

Your side of the deal

• Always mark posts about the app as #ad or paid partnership. Free Pro counts as getting something in return, so it applies even if no money changes hands.
• Follow the ad-disclosure rules where you and your audience are, for example the FTC in the US, the ASA in the UK, and consumer and advertising rules in the EU and its countries. Use the platform's own paid-partnership or branded-content tool where there is one.
• Only say true things about the app. Show what it does today, not what you hope it will do, and don't make claims about delivery dates the app can't back up.
• Don't suggest that you or we are part of Tesla, or speak for Tesla. Delivery Status is independent and not affiliated with Tesla.
• No fake installs, bots, bought clicks, incentivised installs or other paid traffic tricks. Results from them don't count, and they are a reason to end the program.

Your content

• Your videos stay yours. You own what you make.
• We only reshare or feature your content after you give permission for it, and you can ask us to stop.
• You can work with other brands. There is no exclusivity and no posting quota.

Ending the program

• Either side can end your place in the program at any time, for any reason, by sending a message or an email.
• When it ends, your free Pro and your link may be removed. Posts you already made stay yours.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the program grows. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters for you, we'll tell you before it applies, and you can leave the program if you don't agree.

Your application data

• When you apply we store what you enter in the form: name, email, country, main platform and handle, other handles, rough follower count, video links, Tesla status, model and expected delivery, preferred link name and your note. We also store the date you applied and the review status.
• We don't store your IP address. A one-way hash of it may be kept to stop spam, and a Cloudflare Turnstile check runs on the form for the same reason.
• We use this only to review your application, contact you about it and run the program. We don't sell it.
• To have your application data removed, email privacy@jaapp.dev. The privacy page covers the rest of the site and the app.
