Apple Intelligence assistant

Once a VIN is available, use the Pro decoder to understand details encoded in it, such as model year and manufacturing plant. Seeing your assigned VIN is free; decoding it adds context and does not confirm every component fitted to the vehicle.

See anonymized events from orders shared by other people, including progress updates and deliveries. The free feed requires opt-in sharing and shows activity within the community sample, not every Tesla order.

Compare your wait with estimates based on similar shared orders, including VIN and delivery timing where available. These community predictions are free with opt-in sharing and are estimates rather than appointments or promises from Tesla.
Global Prediction Matrix

Explore delivery estimates across models, countries, and trims instead of looking only at your own order. The Pro matrix shows statistical ranges and sample context where data is available; small or missing samples can limit what it shows.

Create a link in the app to share your order’s progress with friends or family. Share links are free with opt-in sharing and mask private identifiers; they do not give the recipient access to your Tesla account.

Automated inventory alerts

Get notified when background checks find inventory matching your criteria. Automated inventory alerts require Pro and depend on refreshes and notification permissions, so they are not a guarantee of instant availability or a reservation.
Delivery-day checklist

Delivery Status for Tesla's free delivery checklist is available in the app and on this site. It is not part of Pro. Work through checks for paperwork, paint, interior, controls, and charging before driving away. Progress is saved per order in the app and can be revisited after collection; the website version stores progress only in your browser.
